I have been a loyal customer of these stores for over 10 years, but I am profoundly disappointed. At the first location—20 miles from home—I purchased a black bean sauce jar, only to discover it was near expiration—just two weeks left—despite a shelf life that should have been 6 to 8 months, my fault for not checking. In hopes of a resolution, I drove to a second location just 8 miles away from my house, the same day I’d purchased the item. Unfortunately, the manager there was dismissive and nonchalant, offering no real customer service or effort to help. I share this so other customers know: despite the same name, these stores operate completely separately, with poor inventory control and dismissive customer service. Buyer beware.

This is your typical larger Asian market plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits and all the Asian ingredients to make any type of Asian meal. Price the seemmed reasonable I wish it was the bit closer to where I live in Lakeland. It is a bit of a ride. Isles are all stacked high and most items were priced clearly. Not as much selection for the teas, I was looking for a pu er Brick which they did not have. They had everything on my list and plenty more. Plan on going there again on supplies run low. Plenty of parking Handicap parking and accessible

Great selection for an Asian marketplace. I recently visited Thailand and was interested in recreating some of the dishes I enjoyed while I was there. This is one of the best places I've found for the variety of produce and products to help create some great dishes. Although I don't think think there is any place that could compare to a Thailand marketplace, they have some of the most diverse markets I have ever seen, but this place definitely has a lot to offer.

The cashier lady was so rude. She pointed to my belongings and then to the grocery bags. She was trying to tell me to bag my own groceries. I had no problems doing that. She started mumbling and her demeanor was off. Then, she preceded to put trash in my bag of groceries, instead of in the trash can next to her foot. THAT upset me. I told her to STOP the transaction, and left her with the cart full. I hope that taught her a fine lesson. I hope she changed her way of customer service. I used to spend over $300 every time I come here. I don't even like the items here It's just conveniently located by my house. Most of the items are Chinese product. I like Korean and Japanese products. So, I got to BOM (nice Ramen selection and dried and frozen products) and Lotte (fresh, clean meat seafood and produce).

Not as big as the branch near St Petersburg but has almost everything we ever need. Staff was very helpful. Baked goods were shipped in, not cooked on the premises. Not live seafood but they did have fresh seafood
